KUWAIT CITY, Sept 11: A Kuwaiti man in his 20s ran to a police station in Hawalli area seeking protection against a person who allegedly attacked him, reports Al-Anba daily. Apparently, officers at the police station were surprised to see the young man parking his car in front of the station and running into the premises in a jittery state after leaving the car’s ignition switch on.

The young man recounted parking his car at the entrance of a university and trying to woo a lady just before a man driving a salon car suddenly rammed into his car from the rear. He said the man alighted from his car after the incident and walked towards him, so he tried to escape but he was caught up in traffic. The man then used a screwdriver to deflate his tires and vandalized the car. Luckily, he managed to escape into thin air after the man had subjected him to a hot chase.
