Kuwaiti couple pulled from wrecked car

KUWAIT CITY, April 26: The Public Relations and Media Department of the Public Fire Services reported a collision between two vehicles on Al-Wafra Road on Monday evening, reports Al-Rai daily. The administration said the accident was dealt with by the Al-Kut fire brigade.

According to sources a Kuwaiti and young woman who were trapped inside the car wreck were rescued and rushed to the intensive care unit of a hospital.

In another accident, two expatriates working in a printing shop sustained separate injuries after the man behind the wheel lost control and with the shop façade in Hawalli Monday evening. The department stated that the accident was dealt with by the Hawally fire brigade and an ambulance took the injured men to the hospital.
