Kuwaiti citizen’s ear cut off in fight

KUWAIT CITY, March 5: Part of a Kuwaiti citizen’s ear was cut off during a fight between him and a compatriot recently, reports Al-Rai daily. According to a security source, the injured citizen was taken to Adan Hospital by his brother who also carried the chopped part of the ear. He underwent urgent surgery for joining the cut part back to his ear. Securitymen rushed to the hospital after receiving information about the incident. A case was registered and investigations have been launched to find the other citizen.

Doc’s seal stolen: Police are looking for an unidentified person for stealing the seal of an Egyptian doctor working at the Mubarak Al-Kabir Hospital, reports Al-Shahed daily. The doctor has filed a complaint with the Jabriya Police Station.

Man cheated of KD 8,300: A 40-year-old Kuwaiti has filed a complaint with the Fintas Police Station accusing his acquaintance of swindling him to the tune of KD 8,300, reports Al-Rai daily. In his complaint the Kuwait accused his ‘friend’ of cheating him after convincing him to join his commercial project.
