Kuwaiti brutally beaten

KUWAIT CITY, May 9:Police are looking for unknown assailants for assaulting a Kuwaiti in Taima and causing him serious injuries, reports Al-Rai daily.

The brother of the victim told the Taima Police Station that he was shocked to see his brother with a bloodied face after he was brutally beaten by unknown assailants.

He said he rushed his brother to the Jahra Hospital and was admitted to the intensive care unit because his condition was critical. “I do not know who beat him up in front of the house,” he said. A case of attempted murder has been filed against unknown persons. Police are waiting for the victim to recover to take his statement.
