Kuwait wins several medals at Doha Int’l Show Jumping

DOHA, Jan 2, (KUNA): Kuwaiti jockeys won several medals in Al-Rayyan International Show Jumping Championship held in Doha, with the participation of 170 jockeys from 12 Arab and European countries.

Kuwaiti jockey Sheikh Yousif Al-Sabah won a gold medal and also seized the fourth place in two categories with two different horses.

Kuwaiti jockey Ali Al-Kharafi won a silver medal and Rakan Al-Hasawi seized the fourth place in different categories of the tournament.

Meanwhile, the first place was seized by Qatari jockey Sheikh Ali bin Khaled Al Thani, the second was for Saudi Arabia and the third for Greece in the three-day tournament that kicked off last Thursday.
