Kuwait shooters win gold, silver at ISSF WC

KUWAIT CITY, June 1: Kuwait’s team snatched two medals; one gold and one silver, in the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) World Cup 2022 in Baku, capital of Azerbaijan. In a press release, chairman of Kuwait Shooting Club Duaij Al-Otaibi said shooters Abdulrahman Al-Faihan, Talal al-Turaki and Nasser al-Makald came fi rst in the team’s ‘Trap’ competition, while the US and Croatian teams ranked second and third respectively in the same game.

Al-Turaki also won the silver in individual’s ‘Trap’ contest, while Czech’s Jiri Link won the gold and Italy’s Daniele Resca got the bronze in the same game, Al- Otaibi added. (KUNA)
