Kuwait seeks strategic investment opportunities in Mexico

KUWAIT CITY, June 19: Kuwait’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) said on Sunday that the country plans to explore investment opportunities across Mexico, with particular focus on the Latin American nation’s gas and agriculture sectors. The plans also aim to open the door for Kuwait’s private sector to seek lucrative investments in Mexico, chamber member Khaled Al- Khaled told the press after talks with a visiting Mexican delegation, citing an existential trade relationship between the two countries. The Mexican contingent primarily comprises infrastructure firms who are here to get acquainted with the investment opportunities that Kuwait has to offer, according to the delegation (KUNA)
