Kuwait Sea Sports Club invites public; Borabee honored

Kuwait Sea Sports Club is inviting the public – Kuwaitis and expatriates – to participate in the Fifth Kuwait Championship for Pro-Class and Excursion Boats on April 16. The championship, which will be held under the umbrella of the Public Authority for Sports, is made possible through the sponsorship of Information Minister and State Minister for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Al-Sabah.

Meanwhile, the club celebrated the honoring of international Jetski Champion Mohammad Borabee by HH the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad and Minister of Interior Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled. Borabee was honored for his unprecedented achievements in Jetski sports locally, regionally and internationally.

Present at the honoring ceremony were Head of the Club Major Fahad Al-Fahad, his deputy Eng Ahmad Al-Ghanim, Secretary General Khaled Al-Fodari, Chairman of Public Relations Committee Mahmoud Abu Al-Qasim and Director of Public Relations Department in Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Yusuf Al-Ruweih, in addition to several invited guests and water sports competitors. Prizes were distributed to all those present while Borabee received a falcon shield and a cake was cut in his honor.
