Kuwait SC win Super Cup after beating Al-Arabi

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 16: Kuwait SC won the 2020-2021 Super Cup title for the fifth time after defeating their rivals Al-Arabi 1-0 at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium. The first half of the game was below expectation and ended with a goalless draw. In the second half, Kuwait’s Fahd Humoud scored in the 49th minute .

Kuwait SC and Al-Arabi SC teams qualified for the Super Cup championship as the former won the local premier league title while the latter snatched His Highness the Amir Cup championship. Al-Qadsia won the Super trophy six times, Kuwait five and Al-Arabi twice. (KUNA)
