Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Center holds meeting

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 26: Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Center, which is affiliated to Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), held its final board meeting on Monday at the KCCI building.

Board Chairman Abdul-Wahab Mohammad Al-Wazzan presided over the meeting. The board deliberated on all items in the agenda, while the report on “Arbitration on Intellectual Property Dispute 2” Conference that was held on Nov 7 was presented at the meeting.

They also discussed the annual report of the center for 2018 along with the presentation of its activities, statistics on cases compared to previous years and recommendations to ensure that goals for 2019 are achieved.
