KU hosts seminar on 10th Arab Cultural Development

Kuwait University hosted a seminar on the Tenth Arab Cultural Development Report titled “Arab Scientific Research, Creativity or Extinction: Its Reality, Challenges and Horizons” published by the Arab Thought Foundation. The event was organized by Kuwait Fund for the Advancement of Sciences in collaboration with the Arab Thought Foundation at Khalidiya Campus on Monday.

The seminar included an opening session in which the Director General of Kuwait Fund for the Advancement of Sciences Dr Adnan Ahmad Shihabeldin delivered the keynote address and said the fund, since the inception, has been supporting learning and all aspects of knowledge, scientific research and creativity in a way that scientific research and academic institutions in Kuwait and its larger Arab environment can improve on its technical, cultural and ideological gains.
