Kiss in cartoon widely rapped – Kids channel

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 8: A ‘kiss’ clip shown in one of the cartoons on Children’s Channel in Kuwait has been criticized on social networking sites saying how such a scene goes without being intercepted by the concerned authorities, especially that the channel is directed at children, reports Al-Qabas daily.

However, the Ministry of Information has issued a clarification on this subject, saying the issue is being followed up and promised to take all official measures to rectify the error
