JTC wins EQUATE transportation haulage contract – Third consecutive services deal between companies

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 14: Jassim Transport & Stevedoring Company W.L.L (JTC) has been awarded a three year contract from EQUATE Petrochemical Company, Kuwait’s first international joint-venture in this industry, to provide haulage and local overland transportation services for their Shuaiba Port operations.

The contract went into effect from the 1st January, 2016 and is the third consecutive similar services contract between EQUATE and JTC.

Commenting on winning the bid, Adel Kohari, Chief Executive Officer for JTC said, “This is an extremely important and competitive win for JTC.
