Jordanian held for refusing police orders; Armed robbery foiled

KUWAIT CITY, June 19: Police have arrested a 21-year-old Jordanian for refusing police orders to pull over, damaging two police vehicles and five civilian cars in a vain attempt to escape, reports Al-Rai daily. The incident happened in Salwa and the suspect reportedly abandoned his vehicle and attempted to escape on foot when his vehicle stopped working.
