Jahra municipality lifts abandoned cars, scrap

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 5: The supervisory team at the General Cleanliness and Road Works Department in Jahra Governorate carried out field tours in the areas of Taima, Al-Qasr and Qairawan, to remove everything that obstructs the road and distorts the general landscape, especially abandoned cars and scraps, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

The Director of the General Cleanliness and Road Works Department in the governorate’s Municipality Branch, Fahd Al-Qarifa, explained the goal of the intensive field tours is to monitor violators and take legal measures against them, pointing out that the supervisory team in the Department of Public Cleanliness and Road Works has paid great attention to raising the level of cleanliness in the areas under its responsibility, as well as raising the level of cleanliness in the areas under its responsibility. He pointed out to the field tours will continue without complacency and will take legal measures against violators of the public cleanliness regulation and road works.
