KUWAIT CITY, June 21: The Chinese vaccine has been okayed by all the Gulf countries except Kuwait because Kuwait, as they say, is different in everything. It means the Emiratis, the Bahrainis, the Egyptians, the Moroccans and the citizens who have received the Chinese vaccine are forbidden to enter Kuwait based on the decisions issued by the ministries of Health and Interior.
