Immediate deportation of building guard failing to inform about illegal activities

KUWAIT CITY, June 11: The guard or Janitor of the building is responsible to monitor the expats behavior residing in their buildings, if any suspicious activities is spotted, he must inform the Ministry of Interior. In the event of raids on suspicious apartments if used as liquor factory or for prostitution or any illegal purpose the building janitor will be referred to deportation center.

It is not possible for the janitor to be unaware of an apartment which is being used for prostitution or to distill liquor or any kind of illegal activities. Failure to inform MOI of such activities the contract of the janitor will be terminated and considered as a partner in crime, the building owner will be notified and will be deported from Kuwait.
