Imams told to report any intruders, cars parked for long near mosques

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 6: Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has instructed imams and muezzins in all six governorates on the need to immediately report any intruders and inform the concerned authorities about any vehicles that are parked for a long time near the mosques, reports Al-Qabas daily.
According to informed sources, the ministry has reiterated its instructions to imams that they should not allow anyone to give lectures and messages without permission and ban anyone from staying overnight in the mosques.
