HH Amir congratulates Bahrain king on reign anniversary

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 14, (KUNA): His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah congratulated Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Issa Al-Khalifa on Saturday, some two decades after his accession to the throne. In a cable he sent to the Bahraini monarch, His Highness the Amir said the Gulf island nation has seen meteoric development under King Hamad’s watch, wishing Kuwait’s Gulf neighbor continued success and prosperity. His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al- Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah sent similar cables to the Bahraini king.

Meanwhile, His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al- Jaber Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable on Friday to Algerian President Aabdelmadjid Tebboune, over his victory in the presidential election of Algeria, commending the close ties between both sides. Both His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah expressed similar sentiments in separate cables.
