Hallucinogenic pills found in expats shoe parcel

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 25: The Air Cargo department arrested an expat while receiving a parcel in which hallucinogenic pills were carefully hidden inside a shoe. 

The accused had come this evening to receive a parcel containing shoes after inspecting 180 hallucinogenic pills hidden in it. He was referred along with the confiscated pills to the competent authorities to take legal measures.
