German police crack down on human trafficking, forced prostitution

FRANKFURT, April 18 (Reuters) – German police raided sites across the country on Wednesday in a crackdown on human trafficking and forced prostitution, federal police said on Twitter.
It said the raid, which also involved Germany’s GSG9 special operations police unit, represented the biggest mass search in the history of the federal police, without providing further details.
