Four Syrians assault Kuwaiti citizen

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 19: Four Syrians engaged a Kuwaiti citizen in a fight in front of a commercial complex in Salmiya area. They suffered injuries in different parts of their bodies. A team of securitymen and paramedics went to the scene when the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry received report about the fight. The injured people were referred to Mubarak Hospital for treatment. Initial investigation revealed that the fight started with an argument between a Syrian and the Kuwaiti citizen, and developed into fisticuffs. A case was registered for investigation.

Meanwhile, an Egyptian expatriate filed a complaint in Maidan Hawalli police station against unknown persons that assaulted him. He provided details of the suspects to the police. A case was registered.
