Expats who have been out of Kuwait for 9 months allowed to return

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 1: According to the decision of the Ministry of Interior, expats who left the country on or after 9/1/2020 are allowed to return to the State of Kuwait provided that they have valid residence even if they have been outside Kuwait for a period of more than 6 months.
