KUWAIT CITY, Dec 3: The Criminal Court, presided over by Judge Mut’eb Al-Ardhi, acquitted two expatriates of beating a compatriot and stealing his car. Investigations revealed one of the suspects guided the security officers to where the car was hidden — at the airport’s parking area, and he provided information regarding the other suspect. However, defense lawyer, Attorney Ali Al-Ali, questioned the results of investigations because the information provided by the prosecution failed to present substantial evidence that the accused attacked the plaintiff and stole his car.
