Evacuation of Egyptian residence violators has begun

KUWAIT CITY, May 5: Procedures to evacuate residence violators from Egypt have begun. First trip carrying Egyptian residence violators which was basically to transport humanitarian cases of women and children stated this morning.

The General Administration of Civil Aviation announced that two flights will be organized today, Tuesday, at 3 pm and the second at 4 pm from the main building, T1 via EgyptAir.

The Egyptian Ambassador, Tariq Al-Quni, had confirmed earlier that evacuation flights will start this week, indicating that they will continue successively during the coming days, until all of them are transferred to Egypt.

A plane belonging to EgyptAir departed from Egypt this Tuesday morning, heading to Kuwait at the beginning of the air bridge to return thousands of Egyptians from residence violations.

The returning Egyptians will be transferred to some university cities to spend a 14-day quarantine period as a precautionary measure to combat the Corona virus.

The first flight with more than 300 Egyptians residence violators will return, and a second plane will leave today for Kuwait to with another 300 Egyptians.
