Egyptian passenger arrested with forged visa

KUWAIT CITY, March 19: An Egyptian passenger was arrested at Kuwait International Airport in possession of a forged visa. According to security sources, Immigration officers checked the visa presented by an Egyptian who arrived at the airport from Cairo to discover the visa, which was sealed by the Kuwaiti Embassy in Cairo, is forged.

Since doubts were raised about the suspect’s affiliation to a radical Islamic group, he was referred to the relevant authorities for investigations. Meanwhile, an Afghan man in his 50s died in Sa’ad Al-Abdullah Airport shortly before leaving for his home country, reports Al-Shahed daily
