Drugs with Kuwaiti

KUWAIT CITY, July 1: Personnel from Farwaniya Security Directorate have arrested a 25-year-old Kuwaiti for possessing drugs, impersonating police and robbing expatriates, reports Al-Rai daily. According to the source, the suspect was caught during routine patrolling in Jleeb Al- Shuyoukh. The daily added, when the man was ordered to pull over by a police patrol, he attempted to escape but was chased and arrested. After he was taken to the police station, he admitted to the charges fi led against him.

Drug addicts held: The Farwaniya police have arrested two unidentified drug addicts for possessing and consuming drugs, reports Al-Rai daily. The men were caught during a roaming police patrol. The men were arrested on suspicion and after the police ordered the man behind the wheel to pull over, they found in his vehicle a quantity of hashish and drug consuming tools and two cigarettes stuffed with hashish. The suspects and the contraband have been handed over to the General Department for Drugs Control.

Fighting in public: The Ahmadi police have arrested four people for fighting in public in Sabahiya, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, two of the men have been referred to the Adan Hospital under police guard and the other two have been referred to the area police station. According to a source, the men were reportedly fighting over earlier problems between them.
