Don’t use ‘corona’ crisis to divide nation

KUWAIT CITY, March 7: Kuwaiti Diwaniyas Group has denounced exploitation of the emerging coronavirus crisis in Kuwait by some individuals in order to spread the spirit of division and sectarian bickering among members of the Kuwaiti society and create rumors to reduce the importance of government and civil efforts in dealing with this crisis, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

The gathering sent a message, signed by Uncle Fahd Abdul-Rahman Al-Mojil, which stated, “The Kuwaiti Diwaniyas Group expresses its sincere appreciation and gratitude to sons and daughters of Kuwait for their efforts to confront the emerging coronavirus crisis including those working in various ministries, civilians, military, Kuwait Red Crescent Society, all civil society institutions, the private sector, volunteers, and all residents of Kuwait, who have expressed through their actions the nature of the relationship that has long brought together those who live on the beloved land of Kuwait, its framework of love, sincerity, solidarity and help to the needy”.
