Decayed corpse found

KUWAIT CITY, April 27: A well-known meteorological expert revealed that he found a decayed corpse in Al- Qurain area while monitoring the weather condition in the area some time back. He explained that he was at work and monitoring the weather in Al-Qurain when he came across a strange object, which he later realized was a completely decayed corpse. He took a picture of this finding. Necessary action was taken thereafter.
