15 new cases in Bahrain – 21 new cases in Oman

MANAMA, April 4: Saudi Arabia declared on Saturday deaths resulting from the pandemic coronavirus reached 29 and infections 2,179.
Official spokesperson of the Saudi Ministry of Health Dr. Mohammad Alabdulal said at a news conference that four new deaths from the virus were recorded, bringing total fatalities’ toll to 29 in the kingdom.
He reported 140 new infection cases, including two “related to travel,” 138 who had mingled with infected persons, thus the toll of people contaminated with the virus rose to 2,179.
He also reported 69 recoveries, increasing overall figure of such cases to 420.

UAE

The United Arab Emirates announced on Saturday a new death case related to the novel coronavirus thus overall number of fatalities caused by the contagion climbed to 10.
The UAE Ministry of Health said in a statement 241 infection cases were recorded, raising the whole number of the persons contaminated with the infectious disease to 1,505.
It put number of new patients who recovered at 17 and the total figure of people who were cured of the ailment to 125. Those who were healed had undergone treatment at hospitals.
It identified the demised as a 51-year-old Arab who passed away due to health complications caused by the virus.
The ministry indicated that the group of the infected people had been close to infected persons of diverse nationalities, adding condition of all of them was stable.
The department attributed the increase of ailment cases to failure to adhere to protective and precautions measures, social distance and quarantining, in addition to those “related to travel” — expressing condolences to families of the deceased and wished recovery for the ill.

Oman

The Sultanate of Oman announced, Friday, the discovery of 21 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections to 252.
According to the Oman News Agency (ONA), the number of cases recovering from the coronavirus was at 57 with one death.
Last Tuesday, Omani authorities took the decision to relieve most public sector employees from working unless their job required their presence.

Bahrain

Bahraini Ministry of Health announced on Saturday registering 15 cases of people who contracted the infectious disease, the coronovirus.
The ministry said in a statement that 11 patients recovered, bringing whole figure of those who overcame the disease to 399. Meanwhile, 11 cases were discharged from quarantine.
Number of infected people reached 285 including 282 in stable condition and three in intensive care (KUNA)
