Cross-dressers held in massage parlours – Raids in Mahboula

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 6: Personnel from the Tripartite Committee formed by the Council of Ministers (the ministries of Interior, Social Affairs and Commerce and Industry) in coordination with the Manpower Public Authority recently organized surprise inspection campaigns against suspicious massage parlors in Mahboula and arrested a number of cross-dressers, reports Al-Anba daily. During the raid, police also arrested a female receptionist because according to a law women cannot work in men massage parlors.

Wanted man caught: Police have arrested an unidentified Lebanese for violating residence law, reports Al- Rai daily. According to security sources the man was caught on suspicion because after he saw the police he attempted to escape and hid behind a parked car in front of a garage. Police records show the man was wanted by law in a civil suit.

Kuwaiti, son beaten: Police have arrested two young bedoun and are looking for a third for assaulting a Kuwaiti, who is believed to be in his 30s, and his son, reports Al-Anba daily. A police source said the Kuwaiti and his son were in the parking lot of a school and the man allegedly honked at the three bedoun to give him way. This reportedly infuriated the bedoun and he humiliated and assaulted the father in front of his son. The bedoun then called two of his friends who joined the main suspect in attacking the father with a cleaver. The Kuwaiti was taken to the hospital with a deep cut on his head. One of the bedoun reportedly hit the son on the leg with a metal pipe and caused him fracture.
