Co-op cashier attacked, money snatched

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 17: Jahra police are looking for an unidentified person who is believed to be in his 30s for stealing KD 112 from the cash machine of a Sulaibiya cooperative society branch after attacking the cashier, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to a security source the CCTV footage shows a person, wearing niqab approaching the cashier, who then opens the cash machine to return the change and the ‘suspect’ is seen pushing the cashier and escaping with the money. Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the culprit.
