KUWAIT CITY, Sept 27: Police have arrested two persons – a 17-year-old Egyptian and a 26-year-old bedoun — for stealing expensive stuffs from the cooperative societies, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, the arrest came when officials of the cooperative societies, during a periodic inventory, found shortage of expensive stuff, particularly small in size. After playing the CCTV footage officials saw the suspects replacing the outside cover of the expensive stuffs, particularly crèmes and cosmetics. The plainclothesmen then set a trap for the men and caught them red-handed while robbing from a cooperatives society. During interrogation the thieves have admitted to the charge. They also said they sold the stolen stuff to groceries for lesser price than the market value.
