CAS rules in favor of Kuwaiti Shooting Club

KUWAIT CITY, April 22: The Court of Arbitration of Sport (CAS) has ruled in favor of the Kuwaiti Shooting Club in a lawsuit between the CAS and the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF), reports Al-Rai daily.

According to the verdict, the suspension and all penalties imposed by the ISSF on the Kuwaiti Shooting Club in 2015 shall be cancelled immediately.

A source at the CAS said the merits of the ruling will be published after April 27, but the ruling is in force, adding that ISSF will issue a statement later in this regard.
