Car stolen in Waha found in City fish market

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 20: A vehicle, which was reported as stolen in Waha area, was discovered in the parking area near the fish market in Capital area. According to security sources, Capital securitymen were patrolling Souk Sharq area when they noticed a 4WD vehicle parked near the fish market. When they checked the details of the vehicle, they discovered that it was reported by a Kuwaiti citizen as stolen from Waha area few days back.

Officers from Criminal Evidence Department were summoned to the location to lift fingerprints and identify the thief. The vehicle was referred to Waha Police Station for necessary legal action.

Meanwhile, a Syrian expatriate lodged a complaint at Farwaniya Police Station against an unknown individual who broke the glass of his vehicle in an attempt to steal from it while it was in a parking area. Necessary action was taken
