KUWAIT CITY, May 9: The Jahra police have arrested two bedoun brothers and are looking for a Kuwaiti and others for assaulting a young Kuwaiti who is believed to be suffering from cerebral concussion, reports Al-Anba daily.
A security source said the father of the victim, sergeant major at the Sa’ad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences, has filed a complaint with the Naeem Police Station.
In his complaint he said he heard screams of his children who said someone was beating their brother with sharp objects and damaging the family vehicles. The father has also submitted a medical report showing injury to the skull.
He was operated on the head and is still in the intensive care unit. He has also provided police with a video clip documenting the assault. One of the arrested said they pounced on the victim because he broke the glass of the vehicle of one of them.
