Bangladeshi wanted in KD 200,000 financial case arrested in Riggae

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 10: Farwaniya securitymen, while on patrol duty in a number of areas within Farwaniya Governorate on Thursday arrested a number of individuals including three citizens, reports Al- Anba daily.
In detail, Farwaniya securitymen were patrolling Ardiya when they noticed a vehicle with two occupants parked by the roadside. They approached the vehicle and checked it to find the two men in a disoriented state.
They claimed they are Kuwaiti citizens but did not carry any identification documents. A packet with drugs was discovered in their possession along with a syringe used for injecting drugs.
Meanwhile, a Bangladeshi expatriate who is wanted by law for a financial case worth KD 200,000 was arrested in Riggae. Furthermore, a Syrian expatriate who is wanted by law for a trust-betrayal case filed at Nugra Police Station and three financial cases of KD 1,040 in total was arrested in Jleeb Al Shuyoukh. Also, a Kuwaiti citizen who is wanted by law for an unsettled debt of KD 3,000 was arrested in Farwaniya area. In addition, another Kuwaiti citizen was arrested in Al-Rai area for an unsettled debt of KD 35,000. All arrested individuals were referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal measures.
