Attempt to smuggle10 Kgs of hashish from Iraq foiled

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 22: Abdali Customs Officials foiled an attempt to smuggle more than 10 kgs of hashish which was hidden into an electric sandwich maker grill coming in from Iraq. The toaster was hidden into a bag of a passenger in a bus coming in from Iraq. When searching the passengers luggage on a xray machine, an electric sandwich maker grill was found suspicious. On dismantling it, a large quantity of hashish was hidden into the coils very smartly. 

The quantity was estimated at more than 10 kgs. the necessary action was taken and the seizures and the accused were transferred to the Narcotics Control Department at the Ministry of Interior
