Amir shooting Champ’ship kicks off – Olympic champs among participants

KUWAIT CITY, March 2: The 5th Annual International Amir Cartouche Shooting Championship will be launched on Thursday, March 3.
The preliminary competitions of trap category for women will start at 9 am and the finals will be held at 3 pm. The official training sessions were completed on Wednesday.
The official training sessions for male participants in competitions of trap category will be held on Thursday and the finals will be held on Friday.
There will be Olympic champions among the participants in the competitions from 31 GCC, Arab and European countries which are Algeria, Bahrain, Czech Republic, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Estonia, Austria, India, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Mauritania, Morocco, Nepal, Holland, New Zealand, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Spain, Sudan, Sweden, Syria, Tunisia, Britain and Kuwait- the host country.
It is evident from the quality of the participation that the championship will be tightly-contested one and the Higher Organizing Committee has prepared for additional monetary prizes.
