Al-Tijaria to organize 4th Eshraqat Amal – Event to widen awareness about children with special needs

KUWAIT CITY, March 17: The Commercial Real Estate Co. (Al-Tijaria) shows its support to Kuwait’s special needs as part of its ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme. For the fourth consecutive year Al-Tijaria announces its ever-popular Eshraqat Amal event that will be held under the patronage of Sheikha Sheikha Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah, the chairperson of Kuwaiti Sports Club for the Disabled, on March 21 in the Symphony Style Mall from 10am — 2pm.

True to Al Tijaria’s commitment to reaching out to all members of the community and recognizing World Down Syndrome Day & Mother’s Day, the key focus of the event is to widen the awareness of children with special needs amongst corporates in an effort to create a more meaningful life for these unfortunate children. Highlights of the event will be an Art Exhibition, Stage and Fitness Performance and an exciting Musical Show, all performed by children with special needs.

Over the years Al Tijaria has boosted community relationships through socially responsible practices, and good corporate ethics. It believes that its role in society extends beyond business; it endeavors to public value by making a difference in the community.
