Al-Fadhel wins UAE Runabout Stock

Kuwait jet skier Abdullah Al-Fadhel won the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Runabout Stock for professionals on Saturday. Al-Fadhel, speaking to Kuwait News Agency in a phone call said he is very happy because without good preparation and hard work he could have not achieved success.

“This is the result of great efforts through which I succeeded in overcoming many obstacles and stand to the podium,” he added. Al-Fadhel said before this tournament he was ranked second in the world and that he succeeded in beating the Qatari rival Mohammad Al-Haidoos in the last round.

He explained if it were not for the mechanical problems in the first three rounds, he would have extended his winning points. (KUNA)
