9 infected in Hateen Co-op, 242 tests conducted

KUWAIT CITY, May 15: Chairman of the Board of Hateen Cooperative Society Abdul Latif Abdullah Al-Qabandi stated that medical checks has been done for all employees of the cooperative as well as the volunteers, for total of 242 people, as the results of the initial tests revealed that only 9 of the employees were infected.
Due to the delay in acquiring results of medical checks for rest of the employees the Cooperatives supermarket will be closed from Friday and Saturday, and will resume back on Sunday.
He indicated that all preventive health measures will be followed and sterilization procedures during this period will be done and will reopen on Sunday morning or until further notice. He wished speedy recovery for all those who are infected.
