39 shops in Hawalli closed

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 5: The Hawalli municipality team headed by Ahmed Al-Hazeem closed 39 shops during the month of March in Hawalli Governorate for violating the precautionary and preventive measures to avoid the spread of the Corona virus (Covid 19).

Al-Hazeem stated that the supervisory authorities of the provincial municipality’s branch sent 264 warnings to shops to abide by the decisions of Cabinet Ministers and the Ministry of Health and municipal regulations and also issued 126 violations

He added that the inspectors seized and issued violation for 5 street vendors. 105,800 containers have been washed and sterilized plus 146 abandoned cars, boats have need lifted.
