38 unlicensed butchers arrested slaughtering sheep

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 11:  So called ‘street’ butchers taking advantage of Eid Al Adha festival to make extra money the Ministry of Interior ran a campaign in residential areas are said to have arrested a 38 unlicensed butchers for slaughtering sacrificial ‘sheep’.

 A security source said these butchers will be deported from the country for violating the residence law because those who have been arrested have nothing to do with the work of a butcher
