3 hurt in fierce street fighting

KUWAIT CITY, May 23: A fierce quarrel broke out between 5 civilians on one side and two other people – a bedoun and a Saudi on Damascus Street. During the fight three people were wounded. According to a security source, the quarrel broke out among the youths due to disagreements between them on the right of way, which ended with both sides stopping in the middle of the road and assaulting each other.
The source indicated all the seven people have been referred to the Qadsiya Police Station. Cases have been filed against them and both sides have submitted medical reports accusing each other of assaulting first. The arrests came after the incident was posted on the social media. The Public Authority for Industry has requested to amend the purpose of allocating Site No. 16 in Mina Abdullah area from storage activities to medium and light industries, reports Al-Qabas daily.
