KUWAIT CITY, May 31: Personnel from the General Criminal Investigation Department arrested a receptionist employed at a health center who led a gang of five expatriates (three Bangladeshis and two Arabs) to forge KD 10 stamps, reports Al-Anba daily.

The Operations Room of Interior Ministry received a tip-off that an employee of a health center in Farwaniya governorate was taking advantage of his position as a receptionist to accomplish transactions by forging stamps and rendering services to visitors to the center for only KD 1 instead of the real value of KD 10.

Acting on information, two detectives from the Criminal Investigation Department approached the suspect to buy two stamps and nailed him alongside his partners in crime. They have since been referred to the Public Prosecution.
