KUWAIT CITY, July 5: The Residency Affairs Department arrested 18 residence violators and a beggar in the Capital Governorate, Mubarak Al Kabeer also a fake maids office was busted in Farwaniya Governorate. They were referred to the competent authorities to take the necessary legal measures against them
