1,147 new cases in Saudi Arabia with 6 fatalities

RIYADH, Apr 21: Saudi Arabia has recorded 1,147 new cases and 6 new fatalities over the past 24 hours, bringing the total to 11,631, a health ministry spokesman said on Tuesday. Saudi Arabia has recorded 1,147 new cases over the past 24 hours, bringing the total to 11,631, a health ministry spokesman said on Tuesday. 

There are currently 9,882 active cases in Saudi Arabia. A total of 1,640 people have recovered so far.

Qatar
Another 518 new coronavirus cases have been reported in Qatar, raising the total number of confirmed cases to 6,533 and active cases to 5,910, according to Qatar News Agency 

UAE

The UAE has reported 490 new coronavirus infections and 3 deaths after conducting more than 30,000 new tests, bringing the total number of COVID-19 patients to 7,755

Bahrain

The Ministry of Health confirmed that it detected 45 new coronavirus cases today, bringing the total number of active cases to 1,162.

Of the 45 new cases, 20 are expatriate workers, 20 are of contact with existing cases and 5 have been repatriated via the International COVID-19 Repatriation Programme (ICRP) programme.

Oman

The Omani Health Ministry reported Tuesday 98 new coronavirus cases, raising to 1,508 the country’s overall infections.
