10 new cases related to coronavirus detected in Kuwait – Total infection 56

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 01: Today in a press conference held by Ministry of health Assistant undersecretary for public health affairs Dr. Buthaina Al-Mudhaf stated that 10 new case of coronavirus (COVID-19) was reported in last 24 hrs . All new cases are related to passengers coming from Iran. The total infected from coronavirus is now 56. She stressed that Ministry of health is transparent in dealing with coronavirus cases

Ministry Assistant Undersecretary Dr. Buthaina Al-Mudhaf further states in daily briefing that all cases are in a stable condition in quarantine and recovering.

She added that health officials supervised the reception of 4 planes to evacuate 434 Kuwaiti nationals arrived from Iran yesterday and another plane evacuated Kuwaiti nationals from Bangkok, which was carrying 189 passengers, explaining that all these passengers were dealt with according to the procedures laid by WHO to detect infections.
