His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah arrived in Jeddah on Wednesday along with an official delegation to attend the official opening of the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. Among dignitaries at HH’s arrival was Governor of Makkah Prince Khaled Al-Faisal Al-Saud and Saudi senior officials. Earlier, among dignitaries seeing HH the Amir off at Kuwait Airport were His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Acting House Speaker Abdullah Yousif Al-Roumi, Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, and Acting Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah.

Among members of the delegation accompanying HH the Amir were Deputy Chief of the National Guards Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and State Minister for Housing and Development Sheikh Ahmad Fahad Al-Sabah, Amiri Advisor Muhammad Dhaifallah Sharar, Director of HH the Amir’s office Ahmad Fahad Al-Fahad, Amiri Advisors Dr Adel Al-Tabtabaei and Lt General Khalid Abdullah Boudai, Chief of Amiri Protocols Sheikh Khalid Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah, and others.
